Meanwell makes solid power supplies, as long as it’s not a fake.

What about fire and electrocution?
I really like how you used the terminal blocks to pull power from the supply, great choice.
My first amp was one of those Kenwoods. That thing got beaten up so much, but kept working every day.
Small gauge wire from the supply to larger gauge wire to the amp? That’s not really how it works.
This is what I do – I make home speakers out of car audio gear. I use a similar 60A LED power supply.
That Kenwood is a classic, old but reliable!
What’s the appeal of this setup instead of just buying home stereo equipment? Serious question, not trying to offend.
