I posted about this before, but everything in my truck seems to be amplified. I have an amp for the speakers and another one for the subs. The problem is, whenever I press any electrical button, all the speakers make the same noise. Even while I’m driving, I can hear it through the speakers. I’ve already checked the amp’s ground and it looks good. I also grounded the headunit to some metal behind it, but nothing changed. Last time, people said it was a grounding issue, so am I missing another ground, or could it be something else?
Try grounding everything at the same point.

I thought running a ground over a long distance isn’t a good idea. That would be like 10 feet from the radio, maybe more.

Look up ‘star point grounding.’ It could help.
I had this issue with a Nissan I worked on. Every button push caused a pop in the speakers. I fixed it by using a ground loop isolator on each RCA, and the pops went away.

Guess I’ll try that then. Thanks for the tip!
