Super glue? I've had that happen before

I don’t know anything about the carAV. Was this a good buy, or did I make a spending spree in the middle of my 40s?

All that money spent you better have it tuned professionally

My high-end speakers didn’t sound nearly as good before I tuned them myself. A shop did all the dirty work for me. You need a dsp. Without a good DSP, that money will not be worth it. I promise.

It can be both a good buy and a buy for a midlife problem. Ask me how I know that…

I spent about the same amount on my car when I was 38. The fact that I hadn’t spent money on something like this in about 10 years made me feel silly. I thought I’d grown out of it. Nope, though. About a week after I bought two suppressors, a $1600 amp showed up at my house. I thought my wife would make fun of me for it, but all she did was roll her eyes. It was really worth the money. Because of work, I have to take a lot of long drives. With the windows down and the sun roof open, I can hear it very clearly going 90 miles per hour down the interstate. Give yourself a break. Enjoy yourself. It stinks to get old, but at least I can buy cool toys now.

Hahha nice. The sounds coming out of this thing better be the best sounds i’ve ever heard!

14k has to sound great. Mine has about 6500 in it. Because I have two open channels on my helix, I keep thinking about adding another set of mids or swapping my front stage with three ways, but I’m trying not to go there. There is always one thing that will scratch that itch, and then there’s something else…

Taking it that this is in AUD and not USD? We can handle that since it’s about $5,200 USD if that’s the case.

It’s good to be happy. It’s not if you’re not. Since tuning isn’t mentioned here, I’d get someone to check that zappy amp and make sure it’s set up correctly.

Still, this place has some pretty good gear.
