AliExpress steering wheel control harness… worth it or not?

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to get a Mekede Dudu 7 from AliExpress and noticed there’s an option to add a steering wheel control harness for around $20. On the other hand, an Aerpro harness from a local shop costs over $100.

Is the AliExpress harness just as good, or is it a waste of money? I’d appreciate some advice!

Most car audio stuff from AliExpress isn’t worth it. You usually get what you pay for.

I bought a Joying head unit for my last car from AliExpress, and it worked great, so I don’t think that’s always true.

Yes… you should look into it first. The head unit itself is actually good, I just need to know if the harness is decent too.
